Small businesses are worst hit because no banks are offering loans to them. Federal administration is planning to launch some type of relief to these owners so that utility services can be restored. Most of these small businesses need immediate help because these companies help the cities to run smoothly and most of them offer the utility services like cleaning, servicing the homes and many other types. Reduced spending by average American home has impacted their business and most of these companies are on the verge of closure. Administration might come out with some plans in near future, till then these companies have to run their business somehow their own.
